I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Blue Choice PPO, Blue Cross Community Health Plan, Aetna, and United. If you are covered by one of these plans, I will submit claims on your behalf.

I am out of network with all other insurance plans. I can provide you with documentation for you to submit separately for reimbursement.

Self Pay/Out of Pocket

My self pay fee is $175 for 50 minute sessions. I offer sliding scale psychotherapy on a limited basis.
